Please send pictures of the product to be returned to [email protected] along with your order number and reason for return. This allows us to make sure the product is eligible for return before any shipping costs are incurred. It is your responsibility to package and protect the knife from hurting anyone or being damaged in transit. We take this very seriously. Do NOT send your knives open in a box. Detailed packing instructions will be sent after your return request is approved.
