My tracking shows "Delivered" but there's no package...Updated 10 months ago

It's a very rare occurrence that a package actually goes missing. The majority of the time when this happens the package was delivered to a neighbor or is still on the truck and will arrive in the next day or two. If your package says it has been delivered but you don't see it check through this list first:

-Check to make sure it wasn't delivered to a back door, side door, or community mailbox.

-Make sure your package wasn't delivered to your neighbor's house.

-Call the shipping company carrying the package and see if they can tell you where it is. They have GPS on their scanners and will be able to locate exactly where the package was last scanned.

-Give it a few days and see if a neighbor stops by with the package or if the carrier comes back around to drop it off.

-File a claim with the shipping company for a lost package.

-Once you have filed a claim, contact us at [email protected] and we can push the claim.

Once the package leaves our hands we have no control over the package. We don't have any information other than what the tracking number says and cannot do anything until the recipient has filed a lost package claim with the shipping service.
