Make sure you are entering the code as written. For example, if the code is 'COUPON', typing 'Coupon' will not work.

If the promotion includes multiple products make sure to add all items to your cart. For example, if you are using the code 'FREEOIL' to grab a free bottle of oil with your knife purchase, you need to add both the knives and oil to your cart for the code to apply.

You will not receive the promo item if you do not add it to your cart.

My discount code isn't working!

If you clicked personalize to see what it would look like but decide to order without personalization and the extra charge won't go away, please refresh the page before continuing to check out. This is a bug we are currently working to fix.

If you are trying to add your personalized item to your cart and it isn't letting you, make sure you have completed all required fields in the personalization menu.

When you add a personalized product to your cart, the applicable charges will show up as a separate line item called "Personalization **DO NOT REMOVE**" in your cart. Do not remove these from your cart. If these are deleted the request is not sent to us and your product will not be personalized.

Personalization Issues

We have been blessed with a super supportive community, sometimes so supportive we can't keep up! We're working hard to keep all products in stock, however, most of our products are handmade and require lots of time and skill to make. If you have your eye on any of our products and they have been out of stock, be sure to head to the page for that product and click the "Email when available" link to be notified as soon as we open orders back up for that product!

Can I get a discount?

We do! We offer a number of financing services. The easiest options are Shop Pay and Paypal Pay-in-4. Both of these services have no credit check and no interest. To put it in simple terms, they take the total price of your order, the service captures your credit card number, and splits the order into 4 equal payments. 
We also offer a more traditional financing option through Affirm. This service uses a credit check to determine your interest rate and term. Typically the platform allows for 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month financing.

How do I start a return or exchange?
